Richland Uptown Business Improvement District

This site is brought to you by the Richland Uptown Business Improvement District (or UBID for short).  UBID was formed in 2004 as a non profit corporation with the charter of promoting business in the Richland Uptown Shopping Center.  The UBID was created with the cooperation of the Richland City Council and works through the council to achieve many of its goals.  The UBID also works in cooperation with the Richland Chamber of Commerce and the Richland Business Development Committee to host events throughout the year.
